It isn't bad.

Graphics are ok, not much of a story line though. Be sure to have a good script before you animate anything, don't be afraid to ask some friend who's got a talent for being funny or making up stuff to write it, a good artist isn't always a good writer, a good writer is often not much of an artist. You always get further if you can find someone decent to team up with.

Also if you want to experiment with picture balloons, you'd best have a look at the best examples out there, things you actually like when you read/watch them. It's common to include fun nonsensical language expressions along with such text balloons.
