It has issues.

For starters, the intro screen has a cutout of Dr. Octagonapus. This wouldn't be a problem if the cutout of Dr. Octagonapus didn't have floating white pixels around it. Try to clean up your cuts as much as possible, especially with a character like Dr. Octagonapus because he has plenty of black outline that can be gone through.

The animation itself is good, but it does need improvement. The drawings looked somewhat sloppy, especially the facial expressions before he goes to check the door. Most of the actual animation in the movie was good, and synced up to the sound well, but one area you do need to take care of is walking. When the Irate Gamer goes to check the door, his walking sequence is nonexistent; he just glides across the floor. Another thing you should look at is the text zoom. It's very shaky and uneven, almost as if you just told Flash to increase font size, which doesn't really work well.

Soundwise, everything is done correctly. All of your samples are at the right volumes, and are properly synced to the animation itself.

Now the comedy, since it is a parody. Most of it was stale due to the fact that you're using older memes and older characters. Maybe those who are nostalgic about that stuff will like it more, but otherwise, only the current memes will really bring out laughs.

All in all, you've got problems to fix, but you definitely have the makings of a good animator should you practice.
