Yep, a new clock flash starring yours truly: Flash "Tim Hortons Clock" N00b!
I probably would have uploaded this sooner if not for Tee Eff Too.
Intro is bad, everything else is relatively good.
SOPA awareness is a good thing to spread, but I don't believe that all of the necessary steps were taken to bring full awareness to the subject. The information available was out of order as well; the information about what it is, in my opinion, should have come first, and then the warnings about it. The methods of presentation were good, however. The minimalistic drawings were clear and served their purpose, and the audio was clear and easy to hear.
Aside from that, the intro was pretty bad. It was poorly-drawn and your indicator of speech was annoying. Slight movements of the characters, even if they were random stretches, would have served the purpose better in my opinion. Same goes for the confidential guy serving as the information provider for SOPA. It was also completely irrelevant to the point of the movie, which was to inform people about SOPA.
Good effort, but it needs work. Try to improve the intro for next time, or just omit it from the flash entirely. The focus was SOPA, and I believe that the irrelevance and poor performance of the intro subtracted from your entire work.

Well, I made this flash in response to people telling me on Steam that SOPA's dead, while other people told me otherwise. During the making of this flash, I found out that SOPA and PIPA are actually just a reworded version of a similar act that would have the same consequences.
All I can say to you is to keep your eyes open for similar legislations that call for internet censorship.
As for animation, I will try to avoid using the clock speech symbol outside of clock flashes.
