This game is a 2D flying war game, a bit like choplifter, but with airplanes instead. It needs quite a good computer to run, although there are lots of settings to adjust to speed up gameplay. Closing other programs can also help if it is running too slowly.

There are only 5 one player missions, 1 two player mission, and a versus mode but I might add more in future.

This was my first proper flash game, what can I say, I've learned a lot since then.

For 2002, this is a pretty sizeable game. I wasn't a fan of the control scheme and gameplay so I didn't spend much time with it, but I was impressed with the smoothness of controlling the plan and the fact there were 5 single player missions.

zzzzz

Cool game

So these games are nice You really deserve more credit because I do know from experience that these take lots of time the graphics are good the backrounds decent the controls notbad at all most of all I had fun with this particular game you really pushed some nice ideas so the effort is there.

~~SUGGESTED IDEAS~~
Would be nice with some added effects and options for the plane.

~X~

For as far as early dogfight games go, this is pretty good, but it definitely didn't hold up well to the test of time. While the concept was quite good, the actual game play was deficient in some departments.

There were about 5 levels and each of them were rather similar, destroy a target. I wasn't expecting anything like this to have story, so that's fine really. The controls were mostly solid, and the variety of things that can appear on the HUD made for more interesting game play. However, the lock-on system needs a bit of work, as it takes forever to actually lock on to an enemy. With the AI in this game, they move around a ton, so actually getting a rocket shot off could take minutes. A better way of doing it, would probably just be over time and general direction, rather than having to point your plane directly at it. Hitting anything on the ground was also a real pain, so adding a bomb that drops out the bottom would be beneficial.

The game was awfully silent. Adding some music, or sounds when an engine goes out, or even alarm noises when you get hit would significantly increase the players enjoyment and intensity of the game.

As far as graphics go, this was good for 2002, maybe more than one background would be nice. For the night having it be pitch black was a terrible choice, as you can't see any movement. Adding a radar might have been better than having to ask the guy over and over as well.

Cool to think I was half a day old when this came out.
