Well first I gotta say, that it looks great, the guys face is wicked and the messy whispering makes you wait for something awesome (LOVE the twitchy eye! :D).
With the skills you have please do a longer piece. You have everything for making one! I'd give you 9 for the layout and animation but since it's just a guy that ends up throwing up I can't give much more. Anyhoo, keep it coming, you definitely have the skill!
