Finish Him, I mean It.

The animation you have is pretty good for the most part which is better than most of the under judgment submissions (when I reviewed this and voted on it it was under judgment.); however, there was no sound at all which is really disappointing, when I watch a flash video I want to hear sound as well as see some good animation so make sure to add at least the sound of a skateboard hitting the ground next time if you don't add music. Also like some of the other comments said, it needs to be longer. It kind of feels like a waste of time to click on something and then only to find out it's a 5 second loop with no sound which just makes it very boring for everyone else to watch. So my advice to you is next time you make a flash video add sound and make it longer. On the positive side your animation was very good even if it was choppy at some points.

It's a good start

On it's own legs, this isn't very good. The art in it is fine, and if you choose to make a movie along this line I have total faith in it's excellence. But for an 8.5 second loop there's really nothing worth watching more than a few seconds here.

Fine. Make the movie.

But don't submit bits and pieces of unfinished items.

This looked good, but it's just a fragment of something. Finish the movie and it'll be great, but this is way too small.
