This is part of a University I am currently working on, experimenting with different methods of animation and using a mix of mediums to create a varied effect.
The audio in the flash version is very poor quality and the synching came out very oddly, there is a much nicer quality version on YouTube:

Little do we know, there is a small race of aliens secretly hiding out beneath our very feet, and when we least expect it and they have collected all of the information they need to defeat us, they will emerge from there crafty hiding holes and shoot skywards in there futuristic rockets!
Luckily there terrible drivers.
I think it worked really well.
I liked the mixture of different visual styles. Though there are two minor issues. The clickable area on the play button is so small that it was hard to find, maybe you could increase if so that instead of having to click on just one section of the letter "L" you can click anywhere on play. Also, there was a thin white line on the left side of the flash throughout the whole movie. Otherwise it was really well done.

You SHOULD be able to just click anywhere on the play button...
It works for me, but I'l test it on a few other computers when I get the chance!
As for the white line, thats something I noticed myself just after uploading, unfortunately theres no way I can fix it.
The original is a movie file, like the one on YouTube.
The flash version is a conversion, but the size doesn't seem to quite work and no matter what scale I set it to there is always a white line on one side of the box.
I'l have to make sure to test the dimensions out before I make my next video!
