This third Hank is loosely based off of an experience that my friend had with his computer trouble. Of course, back then I didn't know that Geek Squad was a big thing. I painted a nice picture in my head of it being a small, hardly-known-about family shop that fixes computers in town. Their name was put in this thoughtlessly and this unintentionally turned into a "Doh-hoh! I can relate!" sort of thing.
