This is my second flash cartoon, I have improved a little learning how to use more layers when animating, it makes the animation more time consuming but it runs smoother, any way thank you for all the input from my first submission, it was helpful. (Sorry that the end credits go by too fast, working on that.)
Enjoy watching the blue fish get pissed off at the retarded red fish. xD
Good beginnings
The animation is pretty nice. I can see your layer improvements at work. I like the fishes' facial expressions. The red fish's voice was pretty cute, and the blue fish had just the right tone, but almost all of the dialogue was impossible to understand. I couldn't make out what they were saying most of the time. This type of "Charlie the Unicorn" joke can be funny if done right, and the two fish could have pulled it off, but it wasn't long enough to really drive it in. You should've made it longer, with a bit more variation on the theme. The ending should have cut off sooner, because after a pause that long with literally nothing happening, you expect something else to happen, but instead the credits roll. You show promise - keep up the good work!
