for a second animation i think you did okay, although you could practice your running/walking more, that might help, from there i think you just need to work on how smoothly you move the people, all in all you did okay, keep practicing

easier way?
nope. there really is no easier way when doing frame per frame animation. the only thing that might make it "easier" is to have stock items that you'll use over and over. i'm talking something like a flash of light that appears when someone gets punched or something alongside those lines. keep working ;)
