yay
great music.
UPDATE: Looks like for some reason you have to right-click and press play. I'd love to re-upload this as fixed, but I don't want to spam the portal with submissions. That, plus having to go to work in 15 minutes... Please be kind <3
I made this video during a strange time in my life, full of worry and self isolation.
This video doesn't have the best art work, I've never been a great artist, but for some reason I liked the message of the story even though my wife STILL doesn't understand.
It happens. I gotta go to work now, please enjoy my movie.
P.S. Much love, thanks, and respect to unknowngoth for making the perfect soundtrack for a strange story about a little man.
yay
great music.
But...
Dude, I dont know how you made it but where is the play button or how I can pass to the next one?? Anyway, good effort!
Just Right-click, then press the play button.
I'm still workin out how to get this to work.. I'm sorry it didn't work for you :(
I added something to the author comments section to help future viewers until I figure out whats up.
Well...
There wasn't heaps of animation, and when there was it wasn't great. I know that you know that the art isn't very good, but because of that I couldn't really understand what was going on.
I'm glad you noticed the animation, it was kinda shit :(
I loved my art and understand it, but of course I understand it, its my art.
Part of me wants to fix this story up with more understandable art, but most of me wants to think of this as a truly artistic endeavor :) This means something to me, and even if people don't see it, I see it.
But I know what to fix next time :3
Thanks for your comment :)
Bare Minimum
I'm sorry but I can't give this a passing grade. If you're going to make a slideshow rather than animate something that's fine, but you'll have to have better drawn slides otherwise it's not enjoyable. I get the gist of the story, but half the time I can't tell what I'm seeing.
As for the play issue: there are some Youtube videos explaining how to make a "button symbol" and a short bit of code to type in the "actions" tab to get it running.
I had animation, it was slight, but it was there.
I found it enjoyable... I'm glad you get the gist of the story, that's something most other people never got for some reason. It's fairly simple: life goes on. People change, things grow and are unique in their sameness.
"button symbol", eh? Thanks! Now I know how to fix the fluidity with my flash.
Broken.
Dunno if anyone else is experiencing this.
All I can see is two rough stick figures, One saying 'Hey'.
Sorry mate, right-click and press play.
I gotta fix that, but for some reason all of my other flash autoplay, except this one. I don't know whats different, but I'm working on figuring it out :) Got some people on the BBS showing me things.
