Ehhh, the animation is decent but...

In the future if you're attempting something that's actually good, try to have better pacing in your action and more camera movements. Also don't fall victim to the LP/DBZ stereotype from the early 2000s.

Lastly, and I can't stress this enough, the dialogue needs to be better. I understand it was sort of a plot less animation so I'll let it go but surely with the effort that went into the animation you can do better.

Reminds me of this one time...

That I watched DBZ...and Goku did like 5 Kahmehamehas (no that didn't happen) but it did here, why? The sprites were good, music so-so, but the actual fight sequence, meh.

Okay.

For a first, this is actually pretty good. A couple of short pauses in the action as they're each powering up, and it looks like you gave Goku his GT clothing style(end of Z, perhaps?), which is a nice touch-up for those old sprites. Good animation on the their talking and overall for the fighting.
