it was good but
1. when dark shadow snaps his fingers, it should be like and explosion... maybe... his aura should be black not blue
2.add in some special effect to sonic when he runs super fast so that we always don't see the body

What to improve?.. Well for starters, I'll tell you what I tell everyone who makes this crappy tests. DON'T!
If you plan to make a series, then submit only the full episodes. If episode 1 sucks, then make episode 2 better and so on. Most great series on Newgrounds and other sites that I've seen started with lower quality and improved over time.
As far as your actual test here, well your background and camera focus didn't move at all. So what you were really just doing was parading movie clips in front of a static background.

What was wrong? Lets see...
-There was no original material. Sprites, music all made by someone else.
-There was no plot. At all.
-The animation was incredibly choppy and ugly. More inbetween frames and less teleportation, please.
-The music was bad. Bad song to go with the animation, poor quality audio, pretty bad song overall
-Asking people to vote up a flash despite the fact that it's shit annoys them.

it was a test there;s not supposed to be any plot music not impotent and i don't think original sprites are that impotent many great artists didn't use costumes
