This was a pretty informative tutorial however the text was a bit small another thing I would of changed is the background to a different color

This is just a short tut on flash MX. I know its out dated but i cannot be the only one using AS2. If anyone else is using AS2 and needs help please send me a message and i will try to help. Also if anyone can help me with hitTest counters or top view shooters i would appreciate it.
Just cuz it's old...
...doesn't mean that someone wouldn't be helped by this. I don't have flash, but I've been looking at Flash MX and CS3. CS4 and CS5 seem to have questionable ratings, and seem to still be kinda expensive, so I'm not sure about them. Who knows, this could teach me something. :)
If a tutorial teaches even one person something new, then it's done its job.
