C'mon. This test beats the majority of lame sprite presentations I see going through the Portal by far. Too bad it is only a test though. It is pretty cool to see! Different. Scored points on that.
If you continue to try in flash animation (sprite or not sprite, regardless), I do have something to point out. When Sonic was suppose to be running on a wall, it looked like he was running on air from how the walls looked. Do be careful of that from now on.
Interesting choice on using BlazBlue music. Oddly, it fit. Whatever works right?
I've seen great animators come and I've seen awful ones go. I'm very harsh on my scoring and critiquing so take this as a kind gesture. Keep learning, you're going to do just fine.

You have good animation skills. It could have used more time, but it's still nice enough. Some sounds were used too much (it's short so even 2-3 times is much).
