Great! But...
Some pretty neat stuff in there and some great ideas, I've never watched the madness series on newgrounds so I wouldn't be able to compare. But I would say you may need to increase the pace of the video to make it more interesting, and perhaps multiple things going on at once. And a little longer would be helpful too, it's always better to focus on the quality of your animation rather than just uploading it because you want some content.
Okay...
This isn't a great animation, but when you try something close to the madness series people are going to expect it to be great. You need to make the movements more fluid (multiple things happening at once), some camera movement (easiest way to do this is to make a whole fight sequence into a symbol then move it appropriately), and try to stop the parts where everything goes really slow. Other than that the blurring effects were good, along with the shooting and explosion. Your not great yet, but it seems like you will be soon.

I didn't notice at first that this was close to madness. But when I got a little better look at It, I realized It did. Should I make more key frames or motion tweens to make It more fluid? And because many things happen at once Is because "The Badass" has super speed powers. (kinda like the matrix). So what you mean Is: I have good potential and I should keep training. Is that sorta like what you mean?
