I just wanna say now that I have never done drugs; this cartoon is based on me and my friend Jeremy just rambling on during school about the most random things. Someone had though we were high, so we decided to make this.
This is my first FLASH animated cartoon. I've animated with other programs (ie Anime Studio), but this is my first time actually drawing the characters and mouths and stuff. You'll see that the quality improves over time due to my experience of the program as I went on.
2013 update: wow this flash sucks. 2011 me should be ashamed of himself.

Awesome start with Flash. Oh, also, how the hell do you put Anime Studio films on Newgrounds anyway? It's been a bother for a long time now.
Good Start
I would have not expected this to be your first flash animation. With these good mimic animations and the doodle noise it looks quite advanced. Though I don't know what Anime Studio is like so you might already have some artistic background.
I've given it a 4 and hope it doesn't get blamed. Keep it up.
