Although the voices could have been clearer and the quality of the animation a tad better. Other than that, it is quite good.

the point you need to do is this keep the black and white but exagerete the exprecions it you only trust in dialog but the way good voices and dialoge but exagerete more the characters for making fun

Sound, art, animation, music, story/humour all OK.
You could use a bit of colour, but I suppose it doesn't really matter. Its all OK.
