I get what you were trying to do, but the whole video was just you walking away from the camera with a green circle over your face to conceal your identity and then another ball (with a gradient) became your Dragon Ball Z super power energy source...

The idea is fine, but putting two spheres on top of a video clip isn't difficult. What can you improve? Do more than just put a sphere on there. Draw something that moves, pulses, releases energy. If you were watching something, would a simple sphere and gradient satisfy you? I know it's exciting when you make your first video, but this looks like you spent more time getting the camera set up than doing anything else. Good luck if you decide to redo it.
