This game uses graphics from SuperTux
Which is nice, but SuperTux is GPL'd, these graphics are too and while GPL forbids to link GPL'd materials against closed materials, you need to release sources of this flash (.fla/flash develop or other).

Small animation featuring tux, maybe I will made a platformer some time in the future.
I really don't know if the art of the supertux games forces me to release the source, in any case drop me a message (if you want to enforce copyleft (: ). fst upload

Poor guy...just keeps going around...and around...and around.
You should fix the frames where the spelling mistakes are, there are a couple near the beginning and get rid of the text that carries on after the penguin and scenery disappear at the end... it'll help the quality a little :p
