I i started of with pivot and just swapped it over, you can obviously tell the difference, but yeah i couldnt find some sounds i wanted so i had to deal with these, please give your comments on this so i can improve, PLEASE!?!?!?!

sure ok..
pretty low expectations going in, but it did turn out to be somewhat decent, for a flash movie. it does suffer from some rookie mistakes though: no background with tiny sprites at the bottom of the screen looked really noobish.
also, it's just a bunch of pointless action with no plot to back it up, but wasn't fast-paced or varied enough to keep it interesting over the length that it was, making it feel like it dragged on too long.
and of course, you clearly neglected to compress your audio. it's CRUCIAL that you look into this, because 8.9 megs for a sprite movie is ridiculous.
lastly, you may have noticed (i certainly have) that sprite movies aren't nearly as popular as they used to be, so i would just avoid sprites in the future if i were you. based on how you manipulated your sprites, i'd say you have some understanding of the principles of animation, rules of perspective, etc., so you might have potential as a flash artist. just, you know, learn to draw.
As far as sprite animations go...
This one wasn't too bad. However, the 8.9 MB file size is unforgivable. Learn to compress sound files that you use in order to save space. And the preloader DOESN'T have to take up the whole screen.
Dope on a ROPE!
This was great animation with well done sprite work. The things that bugged me were the high pitch of some of the fx and the lack of a good 'Loading' and 'Credit' page. Also, the white background for the first half of the toon could have been filled with some sky or background image.
I like what you do, so do it more.
