Although my animating is good quality i need help learning to add sound and SFX so comments on how to do so would be very much appreciated :)

the flash is very fast - very flashy ;) You might want to consider a slow button? to you know, review the moves independantly.

You can still im prove animation skill better than this one. and tutorials about adding sounds.. you can search from the search bar above in NG for tutorials. there's alot in here.
