Yeah you did pull it off pretty nicely, its sort of the sameoldsameold,
but it looked nice in general, but When someone is hitting the other guy and the guy is in default stance it srot of seems 'lazy' but anyways that was not as bad as some of the crap out there so ill give it a 7

Other than that I would say learn to write / roleplay
And if you insist on making sprite animations because you suck at drawing, at LEAST put some substance into it.
"lol i'm a saiyan named after my screen name!" isn't going to cut it
If you want to improve, don't pay attention to the fanboys because they will ALWAYS give you a 10 no matter how much you suck because you put in a video game character / something from a popular anime.
