The Beginning of The End

First off I would like to say you misspelled beginning. The first thing I want to comment on is the artwork and animation which is actually great for just three hours of work, but like three hours of work it still shows. The sound, was good, but there really wasn't a lot of sound here. The music choice at the beginning was superb as well as picking the flower, but the other song chosen just threw this animation off, which I guess is the purpose for it, but you probably could've found something a bit more suitable. The story of this flash is truly an interesting one and one I would like to see more of since it is "To Be Continued." It is supposed to be sad and you did hit the nail on the head with the flower scene, picking a flower and killing it just for our own happiness sets a pretty dark tone. Overall this is certainly a strange surreal flash movie you've shown me today and I for one enjoyed it and want to see more.

Eh.

In my opinion, something which should be seen as a test. Keep making animations, by all means, but if you're going to post on newgrounds, it should be your best work. It looked quite rushed and it lacked basic, incredibly basic animation principles. Just read/watch a few tutorials and try again.

I'll give you 6 for the overall flash and 2 bonus stars for the dubstep ;)

Not bad for 3 hours' work, but not great either

Seemed like there was a bit much red used to really stick with the "sad" concept well. It's too much of an energizing, hot color. Ended up feeling more angry than sad. Maybe a darker shade of red would have been a better fit. The blood from the flower was nice imagery though. Good choice of music to set a tone of alienation.

Now about the Music:
Does Bar-9 know your using their track "midnight"? i dont think so.....So at least tell the people its not ur music and where it comes from. Dubstep artists are poor and need evry reference they can get!
