Eh, no.

First off, the animation lacks. Terribly. There is no color or attempt at even making something black and white good. Second, the actual video is confusing. Random pictures and actions flashing on the screen while the Dust Man (Mega Man 4) theme plays in the background. If I didn't read the title, I would have no idea what was going on. I can't give any stars on this since no time or effort presents itself. Take your time. There's no pressing need to make and submit a movie in the same day.
