This is good. You just need to use a pre-loader and better quality sprites. Keep on trying. I wonder how you got the ICYONE voice from Mortal Kombat.

Thanx!! The voice part was actually kinda hard to figure out until it hit me......In MK4 after beating the game it gives u the option to enter your initials so I found the voice of him sayin the letters I & C on the internet then also found the one where he says the number 1, put it all together shortened the speach a bit to speed it up making it sound more normal and wa-la :D
I kinda wanted to experiment more with this method in case I ever wanted to make Shao Khan say more than insults or Flawless Victory :)

Seriously, if this even passes the judgment, it will have a low score.
It has no play function, and it loops. It lasts about 8 secs, and then it's just a crappy copypaste of various charters.
The quality is HORRIBLE.
And then, the end is senseless.
