Half of the time I couldn't hear what anybody was saying, in the beginning the voices were off, and it was laggy as heck in that same beginning, even over a broadband connection with a decent computer.

Also, I would include a stop at the end, with a replay button. I don't know about the rest of NG, but I get rather annoyed when something plays itself again if I don't want to see it again.
