Somewhat funny

Well, the script was somewhat funny, even though it was hard to understand at times (because of the computer voices).

The animation and graphics are all right, but well, you didn't create any of this did you? I don't know how hard it is to create movies with xtranormal.com (I don't want to create an account there to try it) but I sure can't rate the effort you put into this movie as high as if you did this in flash all by yourself.

Well, like I said, the script is somewhat funny, even though a final punch line was missing here, in my opinion.

~ Comments~

Other than that I didn't like it. In fact, the only reason that I didn't give you a zero is because I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt that you were actually trying to create something entertaining and funny instead of spamming something bad on purpose. You just really hit and miss here.

~ Animation/Graphics ~

I would consider them good, but you really did nothing here right? I mean even when people use sprites they do more work, tweening, fbf, placement of the graphics, etc..., but this was basically you putting words into a program and then the program did everything? At least that's how I'm seeing it.

~ Story/Graphics ~

I think this may be somewhat funny to some of the 5th graders that I taught and apparently one of the reviewers down below... I guess it may just be an opinion, but little elementary level humor doesn't usually make people laugh. This was a major step below things like South Park, Family Guy, and other shows like that. Those at least make me laugh, but this was seriously like someone took a decent idea and removed 90 percent of the humor out of it. Perhaps it's because of the lacking emotion that I'll talk about shortly below.

~ Audio ~

With a simple program you could have easily had real voices put over this video along with some sort of dramatic background music. The lack of emotion really doesn't help this already poor submission's case. In fact, it might have been exactly what this piece needed to get a couple of points out of me. I would have had the same effect just reading this as text as I would these voices talking out the little skit.

~ Overall ~

I'm sure I'm with the majority of the people when I say create something yourself, rethink what the majority of people actually find funny at the average age on newgrounds, and find some voices not made by a computer or robot.

~ Review Request Club ~

Very lacking

First I would like to say you could seriously do some size reducing for the flash. Instead of whatever size you were using, you should make it 1/4 the size so the flash doesn't have as much blank space. There was almost no humor in it (or at least nothing I found funny). That and I didn't see the fridge and freezer anywhere. Just a vending machine in the background.

On another note if you were able to open this in flash you could have at least tried to remove the watermark in the corner so it looked a bit better and upped the quality until it was closer to 10 MB in size. Also the voices were bland. Instead of the generated voices you could have tried to use your own voice instead.

Lastly I didn't really find this to be a good piece anyways. Maybe something that could kill a few moments of someones time and that's it really. Overall, try to learn a bit of flash and start from there, maybe you'll start to get better reviews as well.

Incredibly awful

Am I seriously supposed to mark something that you barely even wrote here?! Good god, man - there's no animation that you've done, it's all created by this program in incredibly low quality, with hardly any reference to grammar from the speech translation program either. The only think that it tries to do right is raising the inflexion at the end of a sentence that concludes with a question mark.

Yes, for a few seconds, the Hot Pocket idea was interesting, even enjoyable, but repeating the same thing over and again, without human emotion in there, you suffer. Next time, if you get one of these movies going, get some proper voice actors and sync it all up, you'll get more kudos from me. Perhaps trying to animate it would make a nice difference - we'd really love it if you made another Clock Crew effort out of this one, since that's the benchmark there and at least those guys animate their own stuff.

It needs a lot of work, before I'd be happy with it, let's put it like that.

Dude, I have no idea what it takes to create something like this because it's based off some website and all, but it's still fucking funny. Both these episodes gave me a good laugh, and that's all the really matters.

I imagine this was some sort of a 3D animating template? So it's probably not all 100% your work, but I really don't give a shit. It was funny as hell, keep it up.
