Good start

You should try to make sure that the story flows, and since you are using tweens, try to make it so the characters can blink and what not to give more animations.

The texts were just way too slow, and really slowed everything down.

Not Bad

Each scene seems too long but overall once anyone gets past that its good flash. Good job and cant wait for a sequel.

Very slow transitions

The power point style prevents me from getting into the animation. Perhaps voice acting or subtitles might have been better for presenting the story. For a first flash, pretty good. Practice and you pick a few techniques here and there.
