You've got the art skills. You're animation needs work though. The timing is slow, the movements are jerky (but fine at the beginning), but practice will help. The ending rather off-key though, I don't know what happened, the monster simply appeared out of nowhere, and then disappeared again, and then the bird pops out of nowhere. Also, you don't need to use lines all the time, you can use the brush too.

This was ok from a technical standpoint, your animation shows promise with practise, and your artwork is also ok. The end seems to be broken though? Or theres a bit missing because suddenly the monster is gone? Did the guy wake up or something? It isnt obvious.
