I don't know what about is that video. For me it's more experimental video than serious production, but maybe someone like production's like this, so enjoy the video.
It is alright
For a beginner, but yeh at this stage it is not all that great. But do not worry dude, as time goes on you will get alot better at animation and may become a legend.
For a beginner I give you an 8, but I give you a 2 for the animation.
Do not worry though, you will get better with time.
P.S. Those drawing are quite good, keep practising.

This animation was completely pointless, it was horribly done and probably should have never been made. Just keep working at it and maybe you'll make something good.
