Your story is pretty damn funny. It does seem a little unoriginal, but still pretty fresh. I think that the art could use some improvements, but animation is nothing with out a solid story, which I think you have.
Its clear that you spent a lot of time on this, and I think that it deserves a higher score, and more views.

Ok, there may be Blockbuster-Comedy here on NG with better artwork and more jokes, but I really dig this one.
The characters are interesting, storyline sure is funny, some good ideas! I see potential in this, and if "Just Two Guys" would became a regular Show here on NG - well, I would watch it! Keep it up!

I think the animation was pretty good, but I think the plot moved kinda slow to be honest. The humor was decent, nothing too laugh out loud, but nothing that was just, "bleh". Either way, good job.
