not bad it's just that the animation sucks
preatty good concept but you should really work on your animation and buy a good high quality mic.but it's a start and you started better then a few people on NG

Now that i got that out I tht the concept was pretty funny :P

I tried the flash and it seemed the voice was about 5 seconds ahead of the flash

for your first flash. You did well on the facial expressions, like when the figure on the right began to realize the meaning of the joke. Looked as if he was actually thinking about it. Nice work.
The lip synching is off
but otherwise you seem to have an elementary grasp of flash and I think you have future there.
