Well...
The drawing was not ugly, but it needs some work. I think the other reviewers has done a pretty good job helping out, so I won't bother.
It isn't much by itself, but if you can draw stuff like this, you could easily make it a movie.
Hey there I have been working on this for around an 2 hours and I cant quite get it to look the way I want.... Can you guys please tell me what its missing =S because I plan on using this in a larger project im working on =D

Some Ideas
Some foliage.... Like some trees and bushes and stuff. Also some ambient noise, like birds chirping and maybe a slight breeze rustling the trees. Also, maybe a quaint looking smoke trail coming from the chimney... These are just some ideas.
(P.S. No stars since this really isn't a submission, just a test/review)
missing
Perhaps some patches of grass, casually blowing in the wind. A small white fence. Maybe a background, such as some hills or a city scape, with a blurred property to give it a greater sense of distance.
Also, the clouds could move at different speeds to also add dimension.
I would suggest uploading rough drafts to a scrap site, or even newgrounds dumping grounds, and sending a link to the forums. Personally I feel submissions should be larger works, as opposed to minimal works in progress, or tests.
I'll help you out...
Need some depth here, dude. You need a second background. I.E. some mountains or hills or a distant city. Another thing could be some foreground. Throw in some bushes and trees in the yard, maybe some flowers and stuff. Oh yeah, you also NEED a sidewalk and a driveway. I've never seen a fairly modern house without one. Easy solutions dude.
Ideas..
Don't worry about the rating of the review; it's irrelevant. Here are some ideas that may help you:
=> You could add a fence around the house
=> You could add a sun
=> The rounded edges of the ground on the left and right sides of the screen suggest that the house is on a hill, if this is not the case, you should make it so they are not rounded.
=> Your shadowing gives the illusion that the house is floating; make your shadow larger, stretch it toward the viewer and make it go off the screen.
=> You could add scenery; trees, bushes, random tufts of grass, etc.
***FINAL THOUGHTS: Well.. the review speaks for itself; however, I neglected to mention that I really like the drawing style, and am interested in seeing more.
- Good Luck
