meh...

the artwork was nice. But it was hard to tell, because it is pixelated like hell. why?
Sound was good.
animation was ok.
but no story, no dramatic climax, not really entertaining, no conclusion.

Good concept, but...

It seems to lack all things integral to an action story. There's no plot, other than what is suggested by the title. Gun fights are great to watch, but it's nice to have a build up in the story so it seems more intense. Also, a feature which I thought was standard nowadays, is a title screen to prevent it from just looping over over and over. However, if the characters were cleaned up a bit, and some of the bullet physics were a bit more real ( the rounds puncture the hood of the car, but the high-powered sniper rifle didn't leave anything but a bloodstain in its wake), it could have huge potential.
