How to be Southern Roman is about this girl, named Michelle, who had to study about the Roman empire in history class and while studying she comes across this mysterious book about the Roman empire which releases a 17 year old Roman into the 21st century. This Roman claims to be from the south of Rome and speaks with an accent based on the stereotypical southern US accent.
