Needs Action Script

The lack of a preeloader and having to stare at a black screen for a while detracts from the whole experience. You're logo and the black screen fallowing it took so long that I nearly closed the window, beleivng that the short was over.

As far as the artwork goes, there would be a tremendous quality improvement in the flash if a little more movement was added. The still character clashed with the inflating bag as the flies (which were obviously animated in groups) were sucked in.
I understand that aminimaing is very tedious and time-consuming, but eventually you will become faster at it.

I will not carp about the weird boarders because I beleive that they are an artifact from porting from ToonBoom (which I have heard is difficult to do).

I do however like the colors and the somewhat abstract characters. With more practise your work will eventually shine.

Really?

I have seen hundreds of videos on Newgrounds. most of which I enjoyed more than this. Yet I find this at number 16 in the overall leaderboards? I have no problem with the animation it's self, short and badly animated as it is, but I do however have a problem with its score. There are plenty better animations out there, yet this gets a leaderboard postition. Either this video has hacked the system, or the system is no longer working. The animation its self i have given a 3/10 rating because it contained no actionscript, loader and only the tiniest amount of movement, all of which looks tweened.

Certainly decent

It seems like you were really working on making an experimental flash with this. I know it does not say that in the description but that is how I interrupted it. The only problem is that it is in fact fairly short with not that much point. I recognized the sound effect as being from that one bomb game with medals. This was certainly creative, as I had absolutely no idea what was going to show up next on the screen. The green main character kind of reminds me of Oogie Boogie.

It seems like you were vaguely going "Ghostbusters" with what his appearance was. I love how it transitions to a scene where the art is completely different. He did seem to really contrast with the background in the first half of the cartoon. It was nice to also know what he was thinking. It doesn't matter if a story makes any sense, as long as the animation is good.
