I won't blam it, but try adding either music or voices. Also, put the others on Newgrounds.

Hi, this series is about a guy called bob who is a super hero, also watch the previous episodes on youtube (there is a link on the title page) otherwise this will make no sense.
also i am only 11 so please tell me how i can improve, as i know im not that great!

This is really surprising, based on the fact that you have a youtube account AND a newgrounds acount at the age of 11, but I have a couple of things to say that I noticed in the animation.
1.The animation looked crude, like a rough draft.
2.This was made in a mix of microsoft word, and paint.
3.The word bubbles stuck there for an akward amount of time, then dissapeared.
4.The characters moved sometimes rather akwardly, and some of the plot came too fast, like, "Will you marry me,"
Otherwise, your animation was well done. 4 stars for you.
