Looks like Microsoft Paint....
The voice is exactly like foamy's from neurotically yours but its stilll not worth many stars, a smile, or even a giggle.

Okay, mildly... interesting... but I don't see how you could possibly make this a series.
And try not to use Paint. Most of us don't like Paint drawings.

thanks for the tip. I used MS paint because it was easier but ill try to use flash next time
