Well, this is not a new gameplay mechanic by any means, just a simple game I threw together to advertise a sock-based Flash portal I'm playing around with.

Once you reach Level 7, no new elements are introduced. It just becomes a matter of how lucky you get with the random sock colors and their placements in the pile.
