Pretty cool game but the game can be more polished if a 16 bit look was adopted.
You could create sprite versions of your original drawings and it'll look more like a retro video game.
Other than that.
It was enjoyable.

Hikouki Tomodachi a a vertical space shooter for one or two players. Players have the option of controlling a ship with the keyboard, controlling a ship with the mouse, or controlling both (it's advised to have a friend over if you're trying the latter option, but the skilled player may succeed in controlling both ships). It starts out slow, but the difficulty ramps up as you get further into the game.

bullets aren't visable enough
i can bearly see the enemy bullets because of the black background
but still a good vertical flight

It's nice to play a few retro vertical scrollers:)
This game could be improved by adding long term upgrades and a better way to get health other than 50% more occasionally. Maybe have long term upgrades for your weapon, and health pickups.
Not Bad
The only complaint I have is that it shoots too slow. Otherwise, great game
