the annoyingly long delay in between clicking one star and being able to click the next makes this feel extremely unpolished.

Use the mouse to play.
When you click on a star, it will change the colors of its neighbors to the top, bottom, left, and right, as well as its own. To win, make all the stars in each level yellow.
Just make sure you don't run out of time or moves!
