Great game.
A bit easy even on max difficulty once you get the idea behind it, but a hard start until you do.
Inspired by a number of different strategy games, ADoE combines elements of turn-based strategy with fast-paced tactical combat.
While there are similar Flash games out there, I think ADoE manages to innovate with a bit more strategic depth. This of course comes at the cost of somewhat greater complexity, but it shouldn't be too difficult to pick up. It stands out graphically too in my opinion, using plenty of pre-rendered 3D instead of vector graphics. It does require a decent computer to run well though, especially in late game when armies get pretty big.

Even though this game is fun the cpu is to hard to beat I suggest making the earlier nations easier to take and the lat er ones more difficult
Nice.
i've seen this game on fgl,
it's kind of difficult at the beginning but after some restarts it becomes very addictive
problems
AI is WAY to difficult, even on easy you can't do anythin, the AI is nasty and unrelenting, even when your winning they continue to spawn at a rediculous rate, very unbalanced when it comes to unit strength my lancers die from 2 hits from a base archer! the fact you couldnt do anything about getting invaded was stupid, little replay ability, and very little research and unit upgrades made it repedative after a few minutes.
you could have done so much better with this, but the AI is just fkin crazy!
