Nuevo means New. Ayuda means Help (or possibly in this context, Instructions). The best I can get with my little knowledge of Spanish (and a dictionary) is this:
"Kakuro is a game similar to Sudoku that will keep you busy for a long time trying to solve it.
Rules: The game consists of completing each square with a number from 1 to 9. Each row or column should add up to the indicated [amount] to the left (for rows) and top (for columns) without repeating any numbers in the sums affected by each square. When you complete the sum of a row, the value for that row or column will turn white, indicating that the sum is correct. Otherwise it remains black. If you repeat a number in a sum, it will turn red indicating that it is an incorrect value for that square."
Most of this is paraphrased because some of the literal translations don't make sense in English, or at least seem like unintelligible babble.
I give you low score for making me have to bring out my Spanish dictionary. P: Otherwise, decent game.
