Well, it's by no means perfect... and I tried to add my own spark to it, but the truth is, it was for a school project last year, so... At least I got full marks for it. I'm happy with it, but I don't think it'll really shine compared to the rest of the stuff on here.
Just to give you a heads up: it's like the old goosebumps books: choose your own adventure style. Make sure you check out all the possibilities! Enjoy.
plain ending. too plain.
well i give 5/10 because it's kind of interesting at first but ended a little plain... i fought that drilleyes, choose to lose and ended up eating a cake for an ending. that's lame, if i could say that. try to make more interesting ending possibilities for every outcome.

Not bad but...
To start off, I like the music in the beginning (Gorillaz!) Though I would've prefered if the music was original or done by someone on newgrounds. Also, the game was too slow paced. I don't think interactive adventures are really the best type of game, especially on newgrounds where there are lots of games. Also, as the guy before me said, it's too short. The animation was decent, nothing special but nothing bad. Something else you can improve on is the plot. It didn't really excite me. It just seemed like a normal day of work.
Hmmm, yeah, I suppose. We were pretty much required to do it as a choose your own adventure game, as it was an assignment for school... but I'll take on board what you said about pacing :)
As for the plot, did you enter the dream world? Much more exciting in my opinion.

The game was very short, a longer version would be better. The drawing was reasonable, my only objection is that the character should have less horrible hair. Hair like that is exclusive to annoying children. The gameplay was everything it should be since it was only interactive. The animation was a bit choppy in places, for example the text moved around a bit when it gives you a message. You should also make the canvas and the background the same size, there's a thin white line at either side of the page.
Quite good, but not much to it. Still better than most of the crap that comes to Newgrounds, this was at least vaguely original.
Thanks, man, I know. I would have made it longer if there wasn't the school deadline. I didn't realize most of the animation faults, thanks for those, I'll try and work a bit better in the future.
