Ok I am sorry but this was probably based off spore's space mode and that solar system creating game off steam. Totally rips off both games in certain was and I made 2 moves and it was over. Plus the graphics are bull shit. Listen up, the water side has a bit more so devs got half a star for making it at least a bit longer if we choose to take the path some of us like me don't want to take. So here, have half a star, game.

I'm very sorry you feel this way, It is an old game that I never got around to finishing. I do hope you got to see the medieval stage of humanity on the planet as that part is always very fun.
