An oldschool game.
I've played things like that in arcade halls in the early 90s.

The gameplay is ok but nothing spezial.
The graphics could be much better.
The menue could have more style.
I don't know what you want to say the level-meter.
1-5? Are there stages i don't see?
The upgradepoints seems to be randomly distributed.

You have a lot of work to do.

Great game!

Reminds me of Road Blasters for NES. more stuff should be added, but definitely a great game as is.
