I wrote this game a long time ago in Java, and now translated it to Flash. Enjoy!

i love the concept, but I think the controls could of been better. i didn't mind using a mouse, but I wanted to be able to at least dodge most of the weapon fire that the enemies were firing at. I think if you beefed up the game a bit with the controls at least, you would have yourself a winner. Nice original touch with the space flamethrower, that is something new you don't normally see in a space shooter.

Regarding your response to that hothead's comment below, good job. I totally agree about the israelis not intentionally targeting civilians while the other side intentionally does...and also, i don't care if its offensive. Its funny!! and if more people laughed instead of get pissed at every little thing like busybodies, there would be less war anyway. Anyway, its a good game and a funny idea....good job...
Horrible
Graphics are awful, the music is way out of place, there're spelling and grammatical errors, and it's just plain boring.
Furthermore I find this incredibly offensive. Trivialising an ongoing conflict where Israel has killed many thousands of innocents and used weapons of mass destruction is neither funny nor appropriate.
I'm sorry you did not like the game.
I am not aware of use of weapons of mass destruction by Israel in any conflict, and as for thousands of innocents, there were almost no cases when civilians were intentionally targeted (in contrast to the other side, which made attacks against obvious civilian targets like buses or disco's).
There are games about practically every armed conflict, why should this be different.

Space Flamethrowers
I was sold as soon as I found out there was a space flamethrower. This game is hilarious, in a good way. The graphics were a bit bland but reminiscent of old pc games so I liked them. The gameplay was also a bit bland, it could have used some more weapons or enemy types, the spacemen that were basically landmines, or I guess more accurately spacemines, were great. I found using the mouse for the controls to be more than a bit awkward and I ended up skipping past most of the story accidentally because of this. Overall a mildly fun way to kill a few minutes, and did I mention I like space flamethrowers? If it wasn't for that and the humor, intentional or not, I would have given it a five but with those I went with a six. Bland and certainly nothing new but still somewhat entertaining.
