Seriously, this actually looks like demo or alpha.
Fix : lap counter, best lap timer, reverse controls;
Add: main menu, instructions, game over (and different races), computer enemies, score counter, high score board -
And repost it. THEN I'll call it A GAME.

This fails. Bad art/graphics, it needs proper barriers, start instructions and start page, and make the reverse faster.This just isn't fun. P.S. The truck is ugly.

That was just bad.
The best lap time can only be the first lap.
Completing laps doesn't add 1 to the current lap number.
Reversing controls are backwards compared to what one would expect.
And the whole barrier thing you have on there could do with being revised.

You get a 5/10 because I like the style of the artwork. Give it another try, man.

Hard time believing you made this . . .

I recently saw a tutorial that had this exact same layout and course, it also had the lap and time counter. You do know you can not, and should not take a file from a tutorial and submit it here claiming you made it?

If I am wrong or if you did do some significant changes before submitting this, please tell me.

Before anything else you need to lower the number of times you need to go around. After that just make the car smaller and the tracks longer, try adding a jump or something to get over obstacles.
