Escher I - Chromatophobia, but with an added navigational system.
Most people were complaining that they couldn't navigate the game properly, so I added in the system I designed for the next game. I do hope you like it. Please give feedback, either here or on my twitter '@ThePocketWatch'
This is a VERY simple point-n-click game, so don't expect much in the way of a challenge.

nice
:) good job man
Thank you very much...
well...
I'd played the first version and had not seen much differences. anyway i came trough again.
I only fixed a couple of bugs and implimented the navigation system. The game itself was (mostly) unchanged. Glad to know it's completable though.
Still some things broken...
I agree with Crackv. I got about as far as Crackv got and I'm stuck. A walkthrough would have been very helpful. I think that there was a lot of things that maybe were either not finished or missed. I hope to see these fixes in the future.
This has the promise of being a really good game. The artwork was well done though.
I assure you the game is completable, but bugs and glitches I will aim to iron out as soon as possible.
SPOILER ALERT;
Try looking at the back of the Poe book you found the red key in.
Regardless, I thought the artwork was one of my weak spots. Thanks; flattery will get you everywhere.
Shows promise but can be frustrating at times
While i did think that this was a fun game, I must sadly admit that I could not beat it. Now while i would normaly never judge a game on whether or not i could beat it, i found at a point this game just reached a point where progress was seemingly impossible. I have the string with the tape, the two keys, the barcode reader, the level is in the slot, and ive seen everything i can find in the closet.
I realize there are paperclips everywhere, and it seems you have to look for these. But i cannot click to collect them. The tape and string cannot be selected as a tool. There are just many things that seem like they should be targets but do nothing.
Perhaps my computer is broken, perhaps there is just a glitch. In any case, the occasional hint, or perhaps a walkthrough, would be very very helpful for those of us unable to make it through as easily.
Add some music or something as well, just a soft background track can really add to a game. Some sound effects as well would help. Still though, good game that shows promise.
Okay, On this basis I think I should incorporate a small hints-system into following games.
Also, should you still be interested, several other gaming websites such as Lazylaces and the like have little forums where people ask for hints and such. You may find clues there
In terms of music, it is being planned for following games, but I simply don't have the resources at the moment. Thank you for your feedback.
